Special Information regarding Preschool
The preschool will be accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year beginning Friday, February 2, 2024 and ending Friday, February 9, 2024. On Friday, February 2nd at 8:00 a.m., the online application will be activated for preschool, at which point families will be able to complete and submit a preschool application and pay the $80 application fee. Your time-stamp on your application will be used to determine the order of admission when there are several families with the same level of priority. The preschool application will be turned off on Friday, February 9 at 6 p.m. Students are then placed into available spots giving preference to church members and families that already have children in the school, and then to anyone desiring a Christian education for their young child. Families are generally notified regarding admission status within 1-2 weeks of applying. How to Apply
Please note that The K-8th grade application is currently open, but the preschool application will not be available until Friday, February 2nd, 2024. To begin the Online Application process you will need to Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and create a "New Student Application' for your child. (Please note that if you are applying for Jr-Kindergarten, it is under the "Pre-Kindergarten" option at the preschool. Your child will be placed in the correct class from there based upon their birthday.) You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
A non-refundable fee of $80 will need to be submitted with each application. For Kindergarten, students must be 5 years old by July 31st of the year they are applying for.
St. John’s is proud to offer need-based financial assistance. Financial assistance is available by submitting an application after enrollment and registration. The due date for all financial assistance applications is April 17, 2024. Families who request financial aid after April 17th will still be considered for financial aid on an individual basis depending upon the availability of funds.
After submitting your student's application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
